What we hold, why we hold it, and how to make us stop.
Who is responsible
For your account data, ADM is the controller. For the contacts you upload, you are the controller and ADM is the processor acting on your instructions.
What we hold
Account: name, work email, organisation, plan and billing reference. Campaign: the contacts you import, the emails generated for them, and the engagement events our sending platform reports — delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed.
Why
To provide the service you bought, to bill you for it, and to keep the suppression list that stops someone being emailed after they opt out. Suppression records are kept because deleting them would let the unsubscribe be forgotten.
AI processing
Email bodies are generated by third-party model providers under contract. The recipient's name, company, country and your campaign brief are sent for that purpose. We never send payment data, credentials or your full contact list.
Your rights
Access, correction, export, erasure and objection. Contact us and we will act within one month. If you are a contact who received an ADM-sent email, the unsubscribe link in it is immediate and permanent.
